Rogue Question of the Week – What is your favorite type of cross training?

  • Hot yoga, stretching, barre, body weight training – Fred S
  • Love doing this you tube video called – Epic workouts! I’m pretty sure I will never look like that girl who does it but I can only hope! And paddle boarding! – Melissa K
  • Lifting weights, and stationary bike. I don’t really enjoy the bike, but I’m too old and injury prone to run six days a week, so it’s good cardio for non-running days. – Clare M

  • Cycling, yoga, hiking and lifting. Although they all get neglected during marathon training. Actually my favorite is throwing batting practice to our 11u baseball team! – Josh C
  • Lifting and yoga!!! I can swim for like 8 min and then want to die. – Katie G
  • Boot camp style classes, hiking, yoga, and I do enjoy swimming and biking though I’ve read a few studies saying those aren’t technically “cross- training”. – Erin A
