Rogue Question of the Week – What are your goals for 2023?

  • Get my 6th star in Tokyo with a PR. Then do more cross- training and strength for injury prevention and to take a break on my body! –  Amy T

  • My goals – do not sign up for a marathon this year/ instead focus on gaining some muscle , get my arms bigger, run more trail races and run half marathons and below! – Melissa

  • Run my first ultra, Mohican 50 miler – Paul S
  • Get and Stay healthy and get to the point where I can do workouts and race! – Andrea B
  • I’d like to pad my BQ for ‘24 in case there’s a cutoff again. – Don M
  • Stay healthy and focused on fueling my body right, have my redemption at Boston, have a great race at my Olympic distance triathlon at Age Group Nationals, and get to run New York this year. – Ashley B
  • Be fully recovered from injury, stay that way, and BQ at Grandma’s marathon in June. – Clare M
  • Stay healthy and get the marathon PR I’ve been chasing for a couple of years. – Emily B
  • Continue to get healthy, stay that way and have a blast at Boston without worrying too much about time for that one but using it more for building towards a summer training block and sub 3:15 at Indy in the fall. – Jon J
